Why did Rachel Zoe walk away from me?

So I interviewed a lady I think is the cat’s pajamas. I am not a heavy consumer, particularly of fashion items (I only shop at sales, and splurge maybe only like once every three months). But I was floored when I interviewed the fabulous Rachel Zoe at a Bravo network party this summer. I don’t know why I was floored. Maybe I look up to successful women, regardless of my suspicions of their ultimate motivations. But that’s besides the point. The interesting part of said interview happened at the very end of it. As I got my four questions in like flynn, I noticed she began walking away from me. Not just walking, but walking while finishing up her response to my last question at the same time.
I have to admit I got a little offended. I wasn’t finished asking my questions and she wasn’t finished answering them, so why is Rachel walking, or rather lurking, away from me. I scanned the environment for a cue and then looked down. Could she have totally hated my little black dress? Were my heels to big? Did she smell the air of working-class immigrant on me? Because, yes, that’s what I am, ladies.
I got my answer whilst watching, no, being addicted to The Rachel Zoe project, her reality-show venture on the Bravo channel. I happily noticed that she slowly backed out of every interview she did, like a strange small animal backing away from a troublesome situation.
So, alas, imagine my chagrin when I realized that one of my fashion idols (without particularly loving fashion) did not snub me because of my fashion choices or my immgirant status.
